NEW YORK, NEW YORK

Designed in collaboration with Keith Lang Design.

Located in downtown Manhattan right by City Hall and in a Historic Landmark District, we completely renovated this 2,700 sq.ft. ful-floor modern apartment to create a 3-bedroom + 3.5 bathroom home featuring a large open area for the kitchen and living space and maintaining the feel of old-style city lofts.

With11' high ceilings, cast iron columns, exposed wood beams, and 8' tall south-facing windows - this project is special in so many ways.

Located in the Tribeca neighborhood of Lower Manhattan, the project was to fully renovate an existing 3,500 apartment that encompassed the entire 5th floor of a historic manufacturing building.  With the original cast iron columns, 12' ceilings, and huge double-hung windows across the front - there was already a lot of charm to this home.  But once we added the walnut panels, brass accents, floor-to-ceiling cabinetry, and loads of other fun details - the apartment became something very special.
