BROOKLYN, NEW YORK 

The project is a complete renovation of a 1,300 sq.ft. duplex condominium apartment located in the Greenpoint neighborhood of Brooklyn.  After suffering major flood damage from Hurricane Sandy, in the rebuilding effort the owners chose to completely change the existing layout.  The new plan creates an open living room & kitchen upstairs while adding a new bathroom, closets, laundry, and 2-bedrooms on the lower level.  In the backyard, we built a modern mahogany toolshed that integrated with a raised deck, seating, garden planters, and trellis above.
