Located in the Greenwich Village neighborhood of lower Manhattan, the project was to completely renovate an older apartment immediately adjacent to the client's existing two-bedroom unit and combine them both into one cohesive space.  The newly owned 1,000 sq.ft. unit was fully demolished to create a large primary bedroom suite complete with walk-in closets, a full bathroom, linen closets, and a make-up vanity.  The rest of the apartment is a large living room and office alcove with custom built floor-to-ceiling cabinetry throughout the space.
